Full Steam Ahead: 3.0

At least no one can accuse me of having a lack of perseverance. It's true, this is my third go at the blogging world. The first attempt failed when I realized that even I was becoming bored when reading about my own meandering experiences. The second attempt felt better- a blog dedicated to the inner workings and unusual observations I had made during my stints in Detroit- how could such musings fail? Apparently, very easily. The short lived Detroit blog quickly transformed into the even shorter lived blog documenting my weekly NFL picks, and included occasional jabs at self-proclaimed NFL "experts." Thanks to the Ontario Lottery Gaming Corporation, my focus quickly shifted to weekly winnings rather than weekly postings. I regret to report that blogging would have been so much more affordable.

I hear the third time is a charm- and I think this could be it. Why? Well, I have decided to remove the proverbial ironclad fence that surrounded past failed attempts, and am instead allowing fabulousrags to include any and all thoughts that I deem meaningful enough to share with the cyberworld. I must send a shoutout to e.t. (no, she's not phoning home), and thank her, as she unknowingly re-inspired me to knock once more on the blogging world's door.
